BROTHER BRIDGE "ESCAPE II"
Brother Bridge's "ESCAPE II" is inspired by a service shoe called M43 (TYPE3).

The M43 (TYPE 3) is a model adopted by the US military in the 1940s. There are early and late versions, and it is said to have been the most widely produced and issued boot. It is said that many medical researchers in the US at the time were involved in improving the comfort of the boots.
Furthermore, due to its comfort and high level of perfection as a boot, it has become the basis for modern boot manufacturing.

The name of this boot, "ESCAPE," comes from the movie "The Great Escape." The name was chosen because it was worn by Steve McQueen, played by Virgil Hilts in the film.
Features of "ESCAPE II"
The last has been changed, and the toe area is slightly more shaped than the previous ESCAPE, resulting in an overall sleeker and more impressive design.

Each detail has been modified to better suit Japanese feet, and like the original ESCAPE, the toe cap has been removed so that the toe gradually collapses over time, giving the shoe a vintage feel.
The result is a product that combines the authenticity of the M43 boots with ease of use and comfort as everyday shoes.
Also, while a typical 6-inch boot is said to weigh 700-750g, the ESCAPE weighs just 550-600g, so you'll feel how light it is when you pick it up. This lightness is due to the Goodyear Brother Bridges, which we mentioned in a previous blog post .

The charm of ESCAPE II is its indescribable "sexy wrinkles." The wrinkles on the upper and ankle, which can only be created through its simple design, become a unique pair of boots the more you wear them.
Please try out the lightness and comfort of the "ESCAPE II."
