- Fold the A4 paper in half and make a crease.
- Place your heels firmly against the wall.
- Place your index finger on top of the fold.
- Make a mark with a pen on the tip of your longest finger.
(Depending on the individual, it may be the index finger or middle finger.) - Remove your foot from the paper and measure the distance from your heel to the mark using a ruler, using the fold as a reference point.
That number is your leg length.
