Job Description: Production Control
At JIN Corporation, we don't view production management as simply managing deadlines or ordering.
It is a crucial position that manages the process from product planning to production and delivery, and works with factories and business partners to achieve high-quality manufacturing.
You will be responsible for essential tasks in brand operation, such as managing production schedules, procuring materials and sub-materials, and confirming quality and delivery dates.
We are looking for someone who can not only perform assigned tasks but also understand the entire production process, think independently, and grow by making improvements.
Job Responsibilities
You will be involved in all aspects of production management that support the brand's manufacturing.

Creation and management of production schedules

Communication with domestic and international factories

Management of orders, materials, and sub-materials

Delivery date management and progress management

Quality control and inspection response

Inventory management

Creation of product specifications and production documents

Internal coordination with sales, e-commerce, and logistics

Improvement and efficiency of production flow

Working Hours
9:00〜18:00 (8 hours of actual work / 1 hour break)

Salary
Monthly salary from 250,000 yen

Basic salary: 209,883 yen

Fixed overtime pay: 40,900 yen (includes 25 hours)

Upon joining, you will first understand the product manufacturing process and production flow, and then be responsible for daily production management operations.
After that, we expect you to actively participate in improving the production system and creating new mechanisms to support better manufacturing.
