This role involves sewing cut leather pieces together to create beautiful shoe uppers. We are looking for artisans who take pride in their craft and are uncompromising in their attention to detail.
Experienced individuals are welcome, as are those new to the field who are eager to acquire new skills.
Job Description
You will be responsible for all general sewing duties that support the brand's craftsmanship.

Preferred Experience/Skills

Work Hours
9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work / 1 hour break)
Employment Type
Full-time employee
*6-month probationary period (no change in terms)
Salary
Monthly salary starting from ¥250,000

Base salary: ¥209,883

Fixed overtime pay: ¥40,900 (includes 25 hours of overtime)

Payroll Date
Cut-off on the 20th of each month, paid on the 25th
