Job Description

You will be responsible for all general sewing duties that support the brand's craftsmanship.

• Sewing leather shoe uppers
  

• Various sewing tasks using machines
  

• Inspecting leather and materials
  

• Quality checks

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (8 hours of actual work / 1 hour break)

Salary

Monthly salary starting from ¥250,000

• Base salary: ¥209,883

• Fixed overtime pay: ¥40,900 (includes 25 hours of overtime)
  

• Salary will be determined based on experience and ability

Cut-off on the 20th of each month, paid on the 25th

• Salary increase: Once a year

• Bonuses: Twice a year
