These sandals inherit the quality of handmade sandals from Italy and other Western countries.
The charm of handmade items is their simplicity. They have a timeless design that you can enjoy for a long time. To bring out the natural texture of the leather, they are finished using only tannin tanning and dye finishing.
Furthermore, the outsole is securely sewn up, and the heel is a separate, replaceable piece. It's carefully crafted for long-lasting use, with repairs in mind.
"MARGOT" is a shoulder leather produced by Virgilio Conceria Artigiana in Tuscany, Italy. Its matte, rough texture, achieved through scratch processing, develops a glossy finish and a richer color with use. Tanned with vegetable tannins and thoroughly saturated with oil, it ages beautifully over time. The unevenness of the processing adds to the leather's appeal, resulting in a unique texture.

[Returns and Exchanges]
Regarding exchanges
- We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
- Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges due to customer convenience from the second time onwards, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
(e.g., difference in image, difference in size, incorrect order). Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding returns
1. Products that can be returned
- Unused items (tried on indoors only) for which there is no exchange size available.
- In the case of initial defective products (defective products, incorrect shipments, etc.)
2. Products that cannot be returned
- Products that have been used once (including trying on in places with outdoor shoes)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer's responsibility
- Products that have passed 7 days since arrival
- Special order products requested by the customer
- If the product or accessories do not match
- If accessories such as the box, inner paper, product tags, etc., have been disposed of

Notes on returning items
Please return the item in the same cardboard box in which it was originally sent from our store. We cannot accept returns if the item returned differs from how it was delivered.

Please ensure the item is returned in the exact condition it was in when you received it.
Regarding shipping costs for returns
1. Borne by our company
- Initial defective products

2. Borne by the customer

Return method
If you wish to return an item, please log in to the returns/exchanges my page and submit a return request by selecting the desired item.
After our staff confirms your request, an approval email will be sent. Please ship the returned item to the address specified in the approval email.
After confirming receipt of the item, we will refund the product price or send an exchange item.
*For defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.
*For exchanges where a price difference occurs and for orders from outside Japan, please return the item and place a new order.
