These side gore boots offer a secure fit and are easy to put on and take off. The large front panel provides a snug, enveloping fit.
Inspired by the side gore boots worn by the U.S. Navy (USN), these boots are designed for excellent walkability and flexibility, fulfilling their purpose as work boots.
These are sure to become an indispensable pair for all seasons.
This is an oiled leather made from North American rawhide.
The tanning process is similar to that of glove leather, and it is finished with dyes. A characteristic of glove leather is its high flexibility, resistance to stretching, and high durability. We added an oil treatment to create an oiled leather that can also be enjoyed for its aging.
By regularly applying oil, the leather will develop a supple, comfortable feel that molds to your feet.

SURE BOOTS are designed with a slightly tighter instep area to provide a better fit once the boots have been broken in.
For those with high arches, we recommend choosing a size half a size larger than your foot length. Also, because these boots are highly flexible, they will naturally conform to your heel after a few weeks of wearing them.
- Fold the A4 paper in half and make a crease.
- Place your heels firmly against the wall.
- Place your index finger on top of the fold.
- Make a mark with a pen on the tip of your longest finger.
(Depending on the individual, it may be the index finger or middle finger.) - Remove your foot from the paper and measure the distance from your heel to the mark using a ruler, using the fold as a reference point.
That number is your leg length.

[Returns and Exchanges]
Regarding exchanges
- We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
- Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges due to customer convenience from the second time onwards, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
(e.g., difference in image, difference in size, incorrect order). Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding returns
1. Products that can be returned
- Unused items (tried on indoors only) for which there is no exchange size available.
- In the case of initial defective products (defective products, incorrect shipments, etc.)
2. Products that cannot be returned
- Products that have been used once (including trying on in places with outdoor shoes)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer's responsibility
- Products that have passed 7 days since arrival
- Special order products requested by the customer
- If the product or accessories do not match
- If accessories such as the box, inner paper, product tags, etc., have been disposed of
- Repair costs that have been incurred
- Sale / outlet products (applicable products have a stamp on the size name)

Notes on returning items
Please return the item in the same cardboard box in which it was originally sent from our store. We cannot accept returns if the item returned differs from how it was delivered.

Please ensure the item is returned in the exact condition it was in when you received it.
Regarding shipping costs for returns
1. Borne by our company

Return method
If you wish to return an item, please log in to the returns/exchanges my page and submit a return request by selecting the desired item.
After our staff confirms your request, an approval email will be sent. Please ship the returned item to the address specified in the approval email.
After confirming receipt of the item, we will refund the product price or send an exchange item.
*For defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.
*For exchanges where a price difference occurs and for orders from outside Japan, please return the item and place a new order.
