Cleaning + Moisturizing: A lotion containing natural bamboo extract that provides cleaning and moisturizing effects.
The excellent moisturizing properties of bamboo extract keep materials hydrated and protect them from drying out while cleaning.
It is sprayed using an environmentally friendly vaporization pump, so it can be used indoors.
After using Bamboo Lotion, we recommend using Protect Care.
[How to use]
Remove dust from the surface of the target material or product with a cloth or brush.
Shake the container well, hold the nozzle horizontally, and spray onto the soiled area from a distance of about 20 cm.
For smooth leather, gently rub with a clean cloth to remove dirt.
After it dries, wipe it dry with a polishing cloth.
For brushed leather and textile materials, lightly brush to remove dirt.
Please close the cap tightly after use.

Regarding exchanges
- We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
- Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges due to customer convenience from the second time onwards, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Regarding returns
1. Products that can be returned
- Unused items (tried on indoors only) for which there is no exchange size available.

Return method
If you wish to return an item, please log in to the returns/exchanges my page and submit a return request by selecting the desired item.
After our staff confirms your request, an approval email will be sent. Please ship the returned item to the address specified in the approval email.
After confirming receipt of the item, we will refund the product price or send an exchange item.
*For defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.
*For exchanges where a price difference occurs and for orders from outside Japan, please return the item and place a new order.
