【DESIGN】BROTHER BRIDGE × SURE BOOTS
「理想の木型」と称されるマンソンラストを、BROTHER BRIDGEの視点で再構築。長年向き合ってきたラスト設計の思想を、ワークブーツとしていかに機能させるか。その答えを形にした一足です。
足の形状に忠実な左右非対称のオブリークトゥ、低く抑えた甲、そして的確に絞り込まれた土踏まず。マンソンラストが持つ合理性をそのままに、BROTHER BRIDGEが重視する「実用としての履き心地」に落とし込み、吸い付くようなフィット感と長時間の快適性を実現しています。
小ぶりで主張しすぎないモカ縫い、トゥの厚みを抑えた端正なフォルム。1920年代、最も美しいブーツが生まれていた黄金期の佇まいを下敷きにしながら、過度な装飾を排した構成は、ワークブーツとしての実直さを感じさせます。
無骨さを基調としながら、過不足のない品格を備えた佇まい。BROTHER BRIDGEが掲げる「MODERN VINTAGE」の思想を、ワークブーツとして具現化したワークモックブーツです。
レザーには、SURE BOOTSが原点としてきた1940年代頃のUSA BOOTSに多く見られる茶芯レザーを再現。表面的なヴィンテージ表現ではなく、当時のワークブーツが持っていた「使われること」を前提とした革質にフォーカスしています。
生産は、姫路のタンナーによる国産仕上げ。革の芯までしっかりとオイルを含ませることで、肉厚でありながらも過度に柔らかくならない、ハリとコシを備えたオイルドレザーに仕上げました。
履き始めは無骨に、履き込むほどに革の下地が現れ、茶芯特有のコントラストが浮かび上がります。傷や皺すらも履き手の歴史として刻まれていく、SURE BOOTSが考える“道具としてのワークブーツ”を体現する経年変化を楽しめる素材です。

- Fold the A4 paper in half and make a crease.

- Place your index finger on top of the fold.
- Make a mark with a pen on the tip of your longest finger.
(Depending on the individual, it may be the index finger or middle finger.) - Remove your foot from the paper and measure the distance from your heel to the mark using a ruler, using the fold as a reference point.
That number is your leg length.
