• Within Japan, delivery will be by Yamato Transport.
• International shipments will be delivered by EMS (Express Mail Service).

【Changes and Cancellations After Ordering】

• For repairs and custom items, cancellations cannot be accepted after repair work has begun.

【Returns and Exchanges】

Exchanges

• We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
• Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
• For second and subsequent exchanges due to customer convenience, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
  (e.g., difference in image, difference in size, incorrect order) Please be aware of this beforehand.

Returns

1. Products eligible for return

• Unused items (tried on indoors only) when the desired exchange size is not available.
• In the case of initial defective products (defective products, incorrect shipments, etc.)

2. Products not eligible for return

• Products that have been used once (including trying them on in outdoor areas)
• Products that have been stained or damaged due to the customer's responsibility
• Products that have passed more than 7 days since arrival
• Special order products requested by the customer
• If the product and accessories do not match
• If accessories such as the box, inner paper, or product tags have been disposed of
• Repair costs incurred
• Sale / Outlet products (applicable products will have a stamp on the size name)
• Products that were repaired at the time of purchase
• Made-to-order products
• Pre-order products

Important Notes for Returns

Please return the product in the cardboard box it was sent in. If the product returned is different from how it was delivered, we cannot accept the return.

(e.g., damage to the cosmetic box, loss of accessories)
Please ensure the product is returned in the exact condition it was in when you received it.

Return shipping costs

• Incorrectly shipped products

2. Borne by the customer

• Returns due to customer convenience, such as size
  Even if we are out of stock of the desired size and cannot provide it.
  *Furthermore, if a return due to customer convenience arrives at our company with payment on delivery, we will refund the amount minus shipping costs, etc.

Return/Exchange Method
