The combination of high-quality leather tanned using the ancient Italian technique of 'Vacchetta' and traditional leather soles is the origin of leather shoemaking that has been passed down for over 100 years.
The spirit of carefully crafting natural materials has been incorporated into HENRY.
They may feel a little stiff when you first put them on, but once you get used to them, you'll grow to love them even more.
In order to fully enjoy the quality of the leather, unnecessary lining and toe caps have been removed, so you can enjoy the beautiful ridged wrinkles.
Conceria 800 (Ottocento) is based in Tuscany, a region famous for its prestigious tanneries, and is known for its 'Vacchetta' tanning process, which uses a unique blend of animal fats (beef leg oil and fish oil). Using the finest French hides, the 'Vacchetta' tanning process, which involves carefully infusing the double shoulder leather with oil, results in a truly exceptional product.
