Brother Bridge's first side-zip boots embody the aesthetic sense of British men's shoes. Their elegant appearance was born from a single, pure desire to create elegant zip-up boots.
The beautiful surface structure of the single piece of leather that runs from the front to the shaft accentuates the elegant lines of the last and adds elegance to the streamlined silhouette. The slender shaft fits comfortably around the foot, and although these are zip-up boots, they offer such a refined fit that you won't even notice the zip-up.
Furthermore, the shoe uses a low instep last and is carefully fitted by skilled craftsmen, resulting in a pair of boots with the dignified look of a dress shoe.
The material is made from high-quality rawhide from the Netherlands, which is one of the world's finest, and is tanned using an original recipe at a long-established Himeji tannery.
The development took more than three years, and after tanning high-quality raw hides, the leather is carefully finished using only oil and dyes. The result is calf leather that deepens in color the more you wear it, and you can enjoy beautiful changes over time.
The finely textured, dense leather is a testament to the careful selection of raw hides and the high level of tanning techniques. This is a unique pair of shoes from Brother Bridge, made without compromise in terms of materials, design, and tailoring.

[Returns and Exchanges]
Regarding exchanges
- We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
- Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges due to customer convenience from the second time onwards, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.
(e.g., difference in image, difference in size, incorrect order). Thank you for your understanding.
Regarding returns
1. Products that can be returned
- Unused items (tried on indoors only) for which there is no exchange size available.
- In the case of initial defective products (defective products, incorrect shipments, etc.)
2. Products that cannot be returned
- Products that have been used once (including trying on in places with outdoor shoes)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer's responsibility
- Products that have passed 7 days since arrival
- Special order products requested by the customer
- If the product or accessories do not match
- If accessories such as the box, inner paper, product tags, etc., have been disposed of
- Repair costs that have been incurred
- Sale / outlet products (applicable products have a stamp on the size name)

Notes on returning items
Please return the item in the same cardboard box in which it was originally sent from our store. We cannot accept returns if the item returned differs from how it was delivered.

Please ensure the item is returned in the exact condition it was in when you received it.
Regarding shipping costs for returns

Return method
If you wish to return an item, please log in to the returns/exchanges my page and submit a return request by selecting the desired item.
After our staff confirms your request, an approval email will be sent. Please ship the returned item to the address specified in the approval email.
After confirming receipt of the item, we will refund the product price or send an exchange item.
*For defective products or incorrect deliveries, we will cover the shipping costs.
*For exchanges where a price difference occurs and for orders from outside Japan, please return the item and place a new order.
