MAHOUT CHESTNUT BRN/ ROUGHOUT
These are ankle-length chukka boots designed for ease of wear and durability. They offer a secure fit while balancing ease of putting on/taking off and comfort around the ankle.
A key feature is the elimination of the heel lining, with a counter pocket created on the outside of the upper. This has successfully improved both durability and comfort. The combination of the comfort insole and Vibram sole provides an exceptional wearing experience.
This is full-grain suede, a specialty of Nakamura Sennosuke Shoten, a long-established company with over 100 years of history. This high-quality full-grain suede is thick with a soft nap and contains a good amount of tannin, making it a suede that develops a rich patina over time. Due to its longer nap, the aging effects such as creases offer a unique aesthetic not found in smooth leather.

SURE BOOTS are designed with a slightly tighter instep area to provide a better fit once the boots have been broken in.
For those with high arches, we recommend choosing a size half a size larger than your foot length. Also, because these boots are highly flexible, they will naturally conform to your heel after a few weeks of wearing them.
- Fold the A4 paper in half and make a crease.
- Place your heels firmly against the wall.
- Place your index finger on top of the fold.
- Make a mark with a pen on the tip of your longest finger.
(Depending on the individual, it may be the index finger or middle finger.) - Remove your foot from the paper and measure the distance from your heel to the mark using a ruler, using the fold as a reference point.
That number is your leg length.

[Returns and Exchanges]
Regarding exchanges
- We offer a free exchange service (domestic only) for the first exchange.
- Please contact us with your desired color and size within 7 days of receiving the product.
- For exchanges due to customer convenience from the second time onwards, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

Regarding returns
1. Products that can be returned
- Unused items (tried on indoors only) for which there is no exchange size available.
- In the case of initial defective products (defective products, incorrect shipments, etc.)
2. Products that cannot be returned
- Products that have been used once (including trying on in places with outdoor shoes)
- Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer's responsibility
- Products that have passed 7 days since arrival

Notes on returning items
Please return the item in the same cardboard box in which it was originally sent from our store. We cannot accept returns if the item returned differs from how it was delivered.

Regarding shipping costs for returns

Return method
If you wish to return an item, please log in to the returns/exchanges my page and submit a return request by selecting the desired item.
After our staff confirms your request, an approval email will be sent. Please ship the returned item to the address specified in the approval email.
After confirming receipt of the item, we will refund the product price or send an exchange item.
