① Fill out the repair request form

First, please fill in the required information in the repair request form below and proceed to checkout.

② Shipping of goods

After submitting the form, you will receive an email containing your order number.

Please write your order number in the remarks field and ship the product prepaid to the address below.

③ Quotes/Invoices

Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and provide an estimate based on the repair details.

After that, we will send you an invoice email for credit card payment.

④ Start of repairs

We will send it to you by mail or you can pick it up at the store.
