Before proceeding, we kindly ask that you review the information regarding repair requests.

① Fill out the repair request form

First, please fill in the required information in the repair request form below and proceed to checkout.

Providing detailed product information and repair contents will allow us to assist you more efficiently.

② Shipping of goods

After submitting the form, you will receive an email with your order number.

Please write this order number in the remarks section and send the product to the address below.

* We do not store shoe trees or shoe boxes. When mailing your product, please remove them in advance.

③ Quotes/Invoices

Once the item arrives, we will inspect it and provide an estimate based on the repair details.

After that, we will send you an invoice email for credit card payment.

④ Start of repairs

Once payment is confirmed, repair work will begin.

⑤ Delivery of repaired items

Once repairs are complete, your item will be returned to you either by mail or in-store pickup.

Please select your preferred return method on the checkout screen.

Please note that for mail returns, we will use our designated packaging materials to return the item you entrusted to us.
